2025 Fees & Application
A weekend tuition fee of $225 covers all program events including the evening concert, sessions and 8 hours of instruction in classes and workshops. Partial weekend tuition options are also available. For partial weekend fees, see the application form.
Early Bird Discount for Students attending workshops!
Full Weekend $195 before 12/1 or Saturday only $125 before 12/1.
After December 1: Full weekend $225 Saturday only $145

=Housing Fees:
Shared room onsite with meals $275.
Single Room (if available) with meals $395
Bunk Space in a heated/AC cabin (sleeps up to 12) $175

Please Apply in Advance! Lodging fills early, especially single rooms.
Meals need to be ordered a minimum of 2 weeks in advance!

Scholarship Opportunities
We have set the tuition at a level where we think we can meet expenses with our usual turnout. If you find this is a hardship, please contact our office at (304) 263-2531 or by email to inquire about partial tuition scholarships.

Cancellation Policy
Students canceling after December 15 due to unavoidable circumstances may send written documentation of their reason for canceling and request a partial refund. Phone cancellations must be followed by written notice of cancellation. These requests will be considered following the end of the program.

How to apply for the weekend.
Click on the application button. It will appear as a google form.

Fill out the form and wait for confirmation. This will sometimes take up to 24 hours or longer.

If you selected, Pay with PayPal, I will send you an invoice for the correct amount, or if you know it, you can do it yourself.
